Summer activities: Routes4U and their custom-tailored activities

In the framework of the Joint Programme of the Council of Europe and DG Regio, Routes4U, several EUSDR-focused activities were developed.

You can read about the Transnational Cultural Policies for the Danube Region, about Branding for the Danube Region or about the Economic impact of Cultural Routes in the EU macro-regions .

If you want to discover unknown gems in Europe, use the macro-regional trip-planner and tourism catalogue that Routes4U created. There is  a specific search function on the Danube Region as well as to the e-learning course focused on Cultural Routes and EUSDR. You will find topics that you are interested in (history, gastronomy etc.), the macro-region you would like to visit and the cultural routes and then you will see the matching routes for you.

The e-learning course consists of five modules:

Module 1. Cultural Routes in the EU macro-regions

Module 2. Cultural tourism in the EU macro-regions

Module 3. Social participation and social cohesion in the EU macro-regions

Module 4. Local and regional development in the EU macro-regions

Module 5. Marketing strategies in the EU macro-regions

For the registration to the e-learning course, there are three simple steps:

  1. Go on the Routes4U e-learning course
  2. Click to “Create new account” and fill in the form.
  3. Click on the confirmation link you will receive by e-mail. You can now enjoy the course!
