The European Commission’s DG REGIO commissioned a study to a consortium including Spatial Foresight, t33 and EureConsult to identify and analyse cross-border obstacles and possible solutions between EU Member States and Enlargement countries. The study focuses thus on border regions in Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy and Romania and the Enlargement Countries counterparts Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey. It will support the finalisation and implementation of Interreg IPA CBC Programmes 2021-2027 and may also contribute to raise wider awareness about the needs to overcome cross-border obstacles in these countries. It thus addresses stakeholders from any government level including sector policies and other stakeholders dealing with border issues. The online survey is an important element of this study.

DG REGIO would highly appreciate if you shared your experience with cross-border obstacles by completing the online survey until 16th March 2021. Completing the survey will take about 15 minutes. To access the survey, please click the following link: https://survey.alchemer.eu/s3/90313163/DG-Regio-CBC .

For any further information on the survey, please contact cbc-obstacles-enlargement@t33.it.

Information
collected through the survey will be treated anonymously and aggregated for analysis. Individual answers provided will not be shared with the European Commission. Personal data will not be stored or communicated to third parties. Any information collected will be used only for the purposes of the above-mentioned study and will be deleted upon closure of the project.
