Gender gap in the #DanubeRegion countries is visible both in self-employment and at all stages of the entrepreneurial life cycle. And yet, the Danube Region enjoys a large pool of young women with entrepreneurial potential, but they face specific challenges in starting and developing own business.

 

All these were the ground for #WOMENINBUSINESS project, whose job is to develop innovative training solutions and valuable Policy Agenda for fostering young women based on identified specific needs and available support measures for young women to become entrepreneurs and exchanged knowledge.

 

4 Women Entrepreneurship Centres will be set up in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania to ensure adequate promotion of #youngwomenentrepreneurship and to support improvement of women’s skills and knowledge.
#WOMENINBUSINESS works to create a favourable environment for young women in the Danube Region, to help them developing a #successfulbusiness by using the right #skills and adequate measures.
