DANUBE SOUNDS: MUSICAL ENCOUNTERS IN THE DANUBE REGION
The Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (BMEIA) and the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna cordially invite you to the final performance of the concert series DANUBE SOUNDS: MUSICAL ENCOUNTERS IN THE DANUBE REGION on 16 December 19:00.
On the occasion of the Austrian Presidency of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region, the BMEIA and the mdw have launched the project ‘DANUBE SOUNDS: MUSICAL ENCOUNTERS IN THE DANUBE REGION’. The initiative brings together music students from Belgrade, Budapest, Bucharest, Karlsruhe, Munich and Vienna, performing together in different constellations in a total of six concerts along the Danube. The musical journey through the Danube region ends with the final concert in Vienna, which brings together students from all participating institutions in a lively forum for cultural encounters.
