Danube Region Transport Days 2022: “Towards energy efficient, sustainable transport”

EUSDR Priority Area 1b | Rail-Road-Air Mobility kindly invites you to the 2022 edition of the Danube Region Transport Days. The event, co-organised with UNECE, the Transport Community and the OJP4Danube Consortium under the auspices of the Slovenian EUSDR Presidency, takes place on 28 and 29 November 2022 in Ljubljana.

All transport modes strive to be sustainable. Efforts for clean transport are lately accompanied by the new reality of high energy prices and the EU energy deficit. The EU and neighbouring countries are looking for ways to reduce energy consumption. As there is still much to be achieved in terms of energy saving in all modes of transport, it is necessary to examine possible ways and developments of energy efficiency in transport. What incentives are available for the transport sector to reduce energy consumption? This conference aims to directly or indirectly address at least some of them.
