The session ‘Smart villages: smart solutions for innovative rural communities in macro-regions’ is jointly organised by EUSDR PA 10 “Institutional Capacity”, EUSALP Action Group 5 “Connectivity & Accessibility” and EUSBSR PA Innovation and will be held on Thursday, 10 March 2022 (09.00 – 10.30 CET).
‘Smart villages: smart solutions for innovative rural communities in macro-regions’
The session aims at discussing how macro-regional strategies (MRS) can support policy makers and practitioners in developing and implementing the smart village approach. It provides the opportunity to discuss how cross-MRS exchange can increase capacities to address challenges in rural communities and encourages participants to share their view on what it needs and takes to develop smart solutions for greener, social, and more attractive rural communities.
