My name is Ioana Constantinescu, I am 25 years old and I come from Romania. I hold a Master’s degree in International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
I am currently a young member of the Romanian Diplomatic Corps, working within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Western Balkans and Regional Cooperation Division. My work allows me to engage with diverse cultures and perspectives, and I am constantly inspired by how dialogue and cooperation can lead to innovative solutions.
I am passionate about international affairs, youth engagement, and the role of diplomacy in the 21st century. Through the Danube Youth Council, I hope to contribute to giving the Danube Region a more cohesive voice in shaping policy — while ensuring that this voice remains true to its unique and diverse notes.
