The Romanian Ministry for Tourism, in collaboration with Tulcea County Council, will organise the ministerial conference “The European Union Strategy for the Danube Region – Instrument for Economic Development”, which will be held on 11-14 June 2019, in Tulcea, Romania. The event aims to bring together both experts in the field of coastal tourism and policymakers.

The topics that will be addressed concern the public-private partnership as a potential vector of sustainable coastal tourism development, the “development vs. conservation” approach regarding the future of sustainable coastal tourism.
