The European Investment Advisory Hub (EIAH) is a joint initiative by the European Commission and the European Investment Bank under the Investment Plan for Europe.
Its main aims are to strengthen Europe’s investment and business environment and more specifically to provide support for project development and preparation across the EU.
The Hub provides five main types of advisory support:
• Technical support for projects and investments
• Enhancement of the use of EU funds
• Access to finance (financial advice)
• The expertise of the local partner Institutions
• New and expanded advisory services
The Advisory Hub assists Member States and other promoters to identify investment needs and to prioritise, prepare and structure projects in the EU. Their assistance may also be delivered during project implementation phase to ensure successful delivery.
Public authorities and bodies can consult the Hub free of charge, while private companies can use their services against a fee.
