I am Ratin Sazedul, 18 years old and I am from Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. I am currently studying economics at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg and apart from my studies I am mainly active in the field of international politics, with a focus on development cooperation. In addition, I am also involved in the field of institutional youth participation. The reason for my involvement in the Danube Youth Council is my need to get more involved in macro-regional strategy EUSDR, to advocate for institutional youth participation and to work more closely with ministries, priority areas and EUSDR bodies. The Danube Youth Council is a unique opportunity to involve young people on an institutional level.
