EUSDR Priority Area Coordinators are kindly requested to send the following signed documents by e-mail to the DSP (e-mail email@example.com)
by 30 April 2016 at the latest:
- the interim progress report, ANNEX Va (PDF-version)
- the interim financial progress report, ANNEX Vb (PDF + Excel-version) and
- the certificate on the financial statements, ANNEX VIb (PDF-version)
The interim reports and the certificate on the financial statements should contain the eligible costs from the start of your project to 29 February 2016.

No additional supporting documents (e.g. invoices, contracts, timesheets, proof of payments, etc.) need to be submitted, unless explicitly requested by the DSP.
