PAC workshop on stakeholder management
The thematic elaboration of actions and effective use of resources to realise the implementation of the EUSDR at Priority Area (PA) level are essential, as is the involvement of different stakeholders and stakeholder groups.
Given the importance of mobilising people and institutions in EUSDR implementation, two consecutive workshops are organised to support and enhance the implementation of the EUSDR and to increase the involvement of stakeholder groups. On these occasions, techniques to communicate and jointly engage with various types of stakeholders will be deepened.
A dialogue to understand and ensure a better support by and for relevant stakeholders will be offered.
In the first workshop ‘Understand your stakeholders’ for PACs (and teams), you are kindly invited to exchange on efficient techniques/tools used to identify potentially relevant stakeholders, respectively to gain and maintain their support.
This workshop aims to support the PACs in discovering additional methods and tools to maintain and strengthen the stakeholder management within the PA. In the following Workshop ‘Plan with your stakeholders’ for PACs (and teams), we will take a look at how to engage with your stakeholders in planning activities – also called stakeholder engagement.
