Opening event of CultHeRit project

On 1 January 2024, the partnership led by the Museum of Applied Arts from Budapest will start to implement the project “Identifying solutions for labor market imbalances in the cultural heritage sector in the Danube region by improving its accessibility to young professionals” –  CultHeRit. The project was selected for support by the Danube Region Programme and will be implemented during 30 months by the partnership of 13 institutions and organizations from eight countries: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.

The CultHeRit project aims to optimize the sectoral labor market by inducing positive changes in the employment practices currently applied in the cultural heritage sector in the Danube region. This will be achieved by defining and testing a transnational aspirational employment model in cultural heritage institutions and museums from the participating countries.

We and our partners would be pleased and honoured to welcome you to our opening event where you can find out more about our project.

At this time, we would like to invite you to save the date, 30 January 2024 from 3PM CET, to attend the opening event of CultHeRit project in Vienna, at the Museum of Applied Arts, MAK (Vienna, Stubenring 5).

Detailed agenda of the event will be provided at the beginning of 2024 year.
