Webinar on the EuroAccess Macro-Regions Tool

EuroAccess can support and facilitate the mobilisation of funds for MRS in general and EUSDR in particular. It is a free online information and search tool to support the optimal use of existing funding opportunities to improve economic, social and territorial cohesion in the European Union Macro-Regions.

Within the process of EUSDR Embedding and beyond, EuroAccess can support the stakeholders in finding information on various programmes as well as on ongoing calls related to these programmes.

Therefore the DSP kindly invites all core stakeholders of the EUSDR (NCs, PACs, SG members and their teams) to participate in the webinar on the EuroAccess Macro-Regions Tool. The webinar is offered in two sessions (with identical contents) on 12th January 2021 (10:00 – 12:30 CET) and 20th January 2021 (10:00 – 12:30 CET). Both events take place as online events via Webex.

The overall objective of this webinar is the introduction of EuroAccess MacroRegion and the use of the web tool identifying suitable funding programmes and calls for the countries and regions of the Danube Region. This should lead to a better understanding of the complex EU funding landscape and facilitate the application of projects within existing funding schemes to improve regional and macro-regional development. At the same time EuroAccess MacroRegion helps to enlarge the audience, enhance visibility and extend the outreach of programmes or projects to a wider public range in the macro-regions. In line with the EUSDR strategic topics, a more effective joint implementation of measures, projects and governance mechanisms should be achieved.

We kindly ask the Priority Area Coordinators to disseminate this invitation to your SG members.
