PAC workshop on stakeholder engagement

Following the first workshop ‘Understand your stakeholders’ for EUSDR PACs (and teams) held on 26 May 2021, this second workshop will take place under the headline ‘Plan with your stakeholders’. We will take a look at how to engage with stakeholders in planning activities – also called stakeholder engagement.

Background:
The thematic elaboration of actions and effective use of resources to realise the implementation of the EUSDR at Priority Area (PA) level are essential, as is the involvement of different stakeholders and stakeholder groups.

Given the importance of mobilising people and institutions in EUSDR implementation, two consecutive workshops are organised to support and enhance the implementation of the EUSDR and to increase the involvement of stakeholder groups. On these occasions, techniques to communicate and jointly engage with various types of stakeholders will be deepened.

A dialogue to understand and ensure a better support by and for relevant stakeholders will be offered.
