14th EUSBSR Annual Forum

The 14th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR) will take place on 4-5 October 2023, in Riga, Latvia.

The 2023 Forum programme stays true to the main objectives of the EUSBSR – saving the sea, connecting the region, and increasing prosperity – and pays special attention to climate affairs, green energy, and the main agents of change and progress: young people.
