Preparation needed from experienced DYC members:
1) Presentation of Rules of Procedure and other DYC collaboration mechanisms:
We are looking for 2-3 experienced DYC members who are willing to present, in 10-15 minutes, the DYC Rules of Procedure and all other decisions made on internal collaboration structures. This presentation is targeted at the DYC members who were appointed last autumn.

2) Recap of Goals set at the last Danube Youth Camp (October 2024):
At the last Danube Youth Camp, you worked in small groups on goals in the following fields:
- Documentation & transfer of knowledge
- Onboarding of new members
- Social Media
- Outreach to other youth initiatives (on the national level)
- Alumni Network
If you need to refresh your memory, the documentation can be found in the Google Drive, in the folder “4_Danube Youth Camps”.
Now, it is time to look back on these goals and reflect on their implementation. Every goal team shall prepare a 5 minute recap of the goals they set last October, and reflect on what has happened to reach these goals. The questions below shall be answered. Important: This recap is for the sake of everyone understanding what has already been thought about, and what should be the way forward. The goal is not to blame anyone for what hasn’t happened.
- What was the initial goal and the initiatives?
- What were the initiatives that were put into action?
- Was the goal reached? What parts of it were reached?
- What wasn’t reached? Why didn’t it happen?
- Recommendations for the next year regarding this goal / topic. Shall this goal or topic be further pursued or are there reasons why the focus should shift to something else?
3) Best-practice examples from involvement in PAs:
We are looking for 2-3 experienced DYC members who feel like their involvement in a PA is going really well, and who would like to briefly present these best-practice cases to the other members. To prepare, our facilitator, Kathi Binder, will get in touch with you.
